William F. Murdy
Chairman & Chief Executive OfficerWilliam F. Murdy has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Comfort Systems USA (NYSE:FIX) since July 2000. Prior to Comfort he was Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Club Quarters, a privately owned, rapidly growing chain of membership hotels catering to corporate travelers to major cities in the U.S. and Europe. Until July of 1999, he was Chairman, President and CEO of LandCare USA, Inc. (NYSE: GRW). LandCare grew to be the country's largest commercial landscape and tree services company ($500 MM revenues) before merging with ServiceMaster (NYSE:SVM) in 1999. Prior to LandCare, Mr. Murdy was President and Chief Executive Officer of General Investment and Development, a large, privately held, diversified real estate operating company, and before that, Managing General Partner of the Morgan Stanley Venture Capital Fund and President of its associated management company. From 1974 to 1981 he served in a number of positions including chief operating officer of Pacific Resources (NYSE: PRI). He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is a member of the Board of Directors of UIL (NYSE:UIL) and Kaiser Aluminum (NASDAQ:KALU) and the Board and Executive Committee of Business Executives for National Security. |

Thomas N. Tanner
Chief Operating OfficerPrior to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer, Tom Tanner served at Comfort Systems USA as Senior Vice President - Operations, Vice President - East Region, and East Region Controller. In 2002 and 2003, he successfully led his region to win the Company's Region of the Year Award. Tom has extensive experience in the mechanical contracting industry, having worked as a part owner and Vice President - Chief Financial Officer of Comfort Systems USA (Syracuse), Inc. (Armani Plumbing & Mechanical, abj Fire Protection Co., and Woodcock & Associates), that was acquired by Comfort Systems USA in September 1998. He has been actively involved in several industry-related organizations, including the American Subcontractors Association and the Contractors Financial Management Association (CFMA). Tom is a past President of the Central New York Subcontractors Association and he is the past President of the Empire State Subcontractors Association. Tom was one of three recipients of a 2001 Comfort Systems USA "Pinnacle Award" recognizing outstanding personal achievement. He holds a degree in Economics from Syracuse University. |

William George
Chief Financial OfficerWilliam George was one of the small group of executives that helped found the Company in 1997. Since the initial public offering, he has served as General Counsel, working closely with operators and executives of the Company. Before joining the Company, Mr. George was General Counsel of a large public consolidator of medical transportation, and prior to that was a corporate lawyer at a large Boston law firm, Ropes & Gray. Mr. George attended Harvard Law School and Brigham Young University. |

Brian Lane
Senior Vice President - Region 1Brian Lane joined Comfort Systems in October 2003. Prior to joining Comfort, Brian spent 15 years at Halliburton, the global service and equipment company devoted to energy, industrial and government customers. During his tenure, he held various positions in business development, strategy, and project activities. He departed as the Regional Director of Europe and Africa. Brian's additional experience included serving as a Regional Director of Capstone Turbine Corporation, a distributed power manufacturer. He also was a Vice President of Kvaerner, an international engineering and construction company where he focused on the chemical industry. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Notre Dame University and his MBA from Boston College. |

Dean Tillison
Senior Vice President - Region 2Mr. Tillison was the President/Owner of Fred Hayes Mechanical Contractors, Inc. (currently Comfort Systems USA - Bristol) when the company joined Comfort Systems USA in September of 1997. His company was established in 1890 and is the oldest company to join Comfort Systems USA. Mr. Tillison is a member of ACCA, PHCC, Energy Engineers, and ASHRAE. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business/Construction, is a licensed HVAC contractor in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, and has 31 years experience in the HVAC and plumbing industry specializing in Design/Build and Service. Mr. Tillison has held several positions in Comfort Systems USA. In 1998, he was appointed Regional Director of the Southeast Region, in 1999, Regional Director of the East Region (which was named the Region of the Year in 2000), Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Region in 2002, and Vice President of the Southeast Region in 2003. |

Charles Diltz
Senior Vice President - Region 3Charles R. Diltz has served as a Senior Vice President of Comfort Systems since March, 2003. Prior to Comfort Systems USA, he served as President of Company Owned Distribution for Goodman Manufacturing’s 101 locations in North America. From 1999-2001 he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Indoor Comfort Group. The majority of his career, thru 1999, (16 years) was with York International, in both the Applied Systems and Services Group and the Unitary Products Group. In the Applied Group, he was General Marketing Manager for Service, Aftermarket Parts, BAS Controls Systems and Advertising and Communications. In the Unitary Group his responsibilities included those as Director of Independent Distribution in North America, and subsequently Vice President of Company Owned Sales and Distribution in North America. His early career was also spent in the Building Products Industry. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a BSBA in Finance in 1975, and an MBA from the University of Dayton in 1977. Mr. Diltz also serves on the Board of Directors of Water Furnace Industries (TSE:WFI.) |

Julie Shaeff
Chief Accounting OfficerJulie Shaeff, Chief Accounting Officer, joined the Company as the Assistant Controller in September 1999. She was promoted to her current position in April 2005. From January 1996 through September 1999, she was a Financial Reporting Manager for Browning-Ferris Industries, Inc., a then publicly held waste services company. From 1987 to 1996, Ms. Shaeff held various positions with Arthur Andersen LLP. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Texas A&M University. |

Kimberlee Cotter
Senior Vice President – Service OperationsKimberlee Cotter, Senior Vice President of Service Operations, joined Comfort Systems in April of 2006 as Vice President of Service Development for Region 1. Kimberlee was promoted to her current position as Senior Vice President – Service Operations in July of 2007. She has eighteen years of experience in the HVAC industry, specializing in Service and Design/Build. Kimberlee began her career working with an HVAC mechanical contractor in Dayton, OH where she held positions in Sales, Sales Management, Service Management, and as Vice President. Kimberlee later joined Carrier Corporation as Territory Service Manager for Cincinnati and Dayton Ohio. She holds an HVAC contractor’s license in the state of Ohio. She later took a position with Carrier as Area Manager for the Midwest region. Kimberlee has steadily had roles with increasing responsibilities. As Area Manager for Carrier Commercial Service she led a successful $50 million service business with multiple offices. Her experience in managing a wide range of professionals in multiple locations while integrating acquisitions has prepared her to add significant value in her current role. Kimberlee graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/ Marketing. |

Andrew D. Estrada
Vice President - Risk Management & Human ResourcesAndrew D. Estrada, Vice President, Risk Management & Human Resources, joined Comfort Systems USA in 1998. He has acquired broad experience in safety and occupational health, loss control, employee benefits, training, and risk management during his 29 year career. His prior employers have included three consolidators: Allwaste Environmental Services, Corporate Express Delivery Systems (U.S. Delivery) and Browning-Ferris Industries. Andrew has served as a guest speaker at national Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) meetings and was named Risk Manager of the Year in 2003 by the Houston Area Risk & Insurance Management Society. Mr. Estrada is a professional member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association, the American Society of Safety Engineers, and the Risk & Insurance Management Society. |

Melissa Frazier
Vice President - Audit and ControlsMelissa Frazier, Vice President - Audit and Controls, joined the Company in 2003 to document, validate, and improve the internal control environment. Prior to joining Comfort Systems, Melissa had several years experience in financial and information systems audit with KPMG and Arthur Andersen. She also has management experience in the internal audit departments of two Fortune 500 companies. Melissa earned her Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Missouri. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor. She has served as President of the Houston CPA Society and Secretary of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants |

Trent McKenna
Vice President & General CounselTrent McKenna, Vice President and General Counsel, joined the Company in 2004. Before joining the Company, Mr. McKenna was an attorney in the Houston office of a large international law firm, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where he practiced in the area of complex commercial litigation. He received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he was named the Arthur S. Larson Scholar, and received his B.A. from Brigham Young University, where he graduated cum laude. |

Greg McKown
Vice President and Chief Information OfficerGreg McKown, Vice President and Chief Information Officer, is responsible for the Company's information technology activities. Mr. McKown's experience includes 3 years as CEO of Hostcentric, a managed hosting company, and 13 years as the Chief Executive at Maxim Computer Systems, a local and wide area networking provider which reached the Inc 500's list of fastest growing private companies in 1997. He started his information technology career at Harris Corporation where he held both field engineering and sales positions. |
