Western Building Services
Western Building Services (WBS) was founded in 1980 as a 24- hour central monitoring facility for energy monitoring and control. WBS has grown to be a premier HVAC, refrigeration and automation provider, serving the entire Front Range area.
Since its inception, WBS has provided 24 hour, 7 day-per-week alarm response, monitoring and data archiving, along with control routines designed for energy savings. To this day, WBS remains the only truly manned 24/7/365 System Support Center in its marketplace.
As WBS grew, it added new services for customers through temperature control, HVAC services, mechanical retrofit and refrigeration divisions. WBS serves commercial buildings, high rise offices, industrial processing, school districts, medical facilities, retail stores, convenience marts, and more.
Its vision is to achieve a level of excellence that clearly sets it apart. Its mission is to be the employer of choice, provide exceptional customer service, maintain the highest standard of quality, achieve optimum efficiency and protect the safety and well being of its most valuable assests, the employees.
Its growth and vision propelled Western Building Services to become a founding company of Comfort Systems USA in 1997. Its greatest strength revolves around its ability to address the retrofit market. Not known as a "plan and spec" company, WBS takes pride in it's ability to understand "building systems," diagnose the problems these systems present to their owners, and offer solutions to correct those deficiencies. The core competency of Western Building Services remains with building management and control systems now ever-present in the marketplace.
